This fine artisanal chocolate has been meticulously handmade by Von Gauseau Chocolates using only the finest couvertures from Belgium. It is distinguished by its high cocoa content and  paired with dried blueberries that hail from three farms on the foothills of the Simonsberg mountain - Sonop, Simonsberg, and Greendale. The dried blueberries provide subtle sweet and tart notes for a flavour sensation with each bite!
